When I called back about trimming up branches that were missed, they were very timely and came back out about an hour later where Greg took care of the missed branches as well as some extra. We had a major limb come down out of our huge, very old tree and fall across the sidewalk and into the street on a Saturday night. The city removed it from the street and sidewalk that night and we left a message for Mark Monday morning. He called back right away and was at our house assessing our tree within a few hours. The next morning he arrived with equipment and two of his crew to remove the fallen limb and then proceeded to spend several hours trimming our tree and sealing any place where bugs and critters had been living. He also made it safe for walkers to walk underneath it on our sidewalk. It was an exceptionally hot day and they worked for several hours without a break. Mark and the two young men with him were polite, easy to talk and were very knowledgeable.
